Talk Staff gears up for next phase of growth with new senior management structure

Leading people consultancy Talk Staff is gearing up for growth today by announcing a duo of new senior appointments as part of a senior management restructuring programme.

Effective immediately, Talk Staff’s Managing Director and co-founder, Gary Parsons, steps into the new role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will drive an ambitious growth strategy to support those that want to become people-focused.

Top of Gary’s focus areas will be to mastermind the evolution of the group structure and oversee the smooth integration of a number of acquisitions set to be announced over the coming months into the Talk Staff family.

Progressing into the role of Managing Director from Sales & Marketing Director, co-founder David Orange will assume responsibility for the overall performance at Talk Staff.

David is instrumental in leading the operational teams and acts as a Lead People Consultant for clients during their own transformation programmes. In his new role, David will continue to manage these relationships alongside spearheading for the continued growth and expansion of the core business.

Amidst the disruption to employers caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, last year Talk Staff saw increased levels of growth and announced ambitious plans for expansion.  This has also been supported by funding of over £250,000 towards working capital and other important projects.
