Russell Roof Tiles has Expanded its Technical Team to Meet Demand

Burton based leading roof tile manufacturer, Russell Roof Tiles, has expanded its technical team - to support growth in the business as the construction industry bounces back.
Tom Woodhouse, 40 from Lichfield, Staffordshire has joined Russell Roof Tiles as an additional Technical Manager at its Nicholson Way site. Joining the leading manufacturer with almost 15 years’ experience, Tom is unique in the fact that he has experience from both the manufacturing and contractor perspective – with previous roles at Marley Roof Tiles and Bracknell Roofing roofing contractors.
Russell Roof Tiles is the largest independent manufacturer of concrete derivatives in the UK pitched roofing market and employs 140 staff across its three sites (two in Burton) and Lochmaben, Scotland.
Tom’s main responsibility will be applying technical excellence to all levels of the business, from providing support for housebuilders, specifiers, planners and contractors, to developing new products and procedures.
His previous experience provides a unique insight between manufacturing and installation, and the importance and benefits of clear concise communication and attention to detail at every stage.
