Leicestershire building society shortlisted for mortgage award

esbs, or Earl Shilton Building Society, has been shortlisted for Money Page’s Personal Finance Awards 2020/21 in the Self-Build Mortgage category.
It’s the 23rd year of the awards which have long been recognised as a benchmark for excellence in the UK’s consumer finance market.
esbs is a specialist self-build mortgage lender with a broad criteria to accept projects from barn conversions and modern methods of construction to remortgaging existing self-built ventures.
An expert team take the time to consider all situations, offering a personalised service, so properties with unusual circumstances such as an agricultural tie or Section 106 restrictions can still apply.
