Raft of new appointments for Nottingham digital agency

Following a record year of growth, Nottingham-based digital marketing agency, Impression has announced the appointment of four new members of staff across its business.

The new appointments follow a record year in 2019 with new client wins including Vax, Andertons, Vaillant and Mitrefinch, and a particular rise in demand for its paid media services, fuelling the growth of this team.

Rob McCordick joins Impression as Paid Search Specialist following his time as Head of PPC at GoDaddy and will be leading on strategy development and execution for many of the agency’s biggest retained accounts.

Also joining the paid media team is Amy Stamper (Paid Social and Display Specialist) and Claire Henley (PPC Executive). Amy joins the team from Nottingham-based GoDine and will support clients with lead generation and sales through targeted advertising campaigns using Facebook and other social media channels. Claire joins the team following six years at Boots and brings a wealth of experience from working in-house at one of the UK’s biggest ecommerce brands.

Polly Astill also joins the commercial team as Impression’s Marketing Manager and will be heavily involved in the development of the company’s events and brand over the coming months.

Aaron Dicks, Co-Founder and Managing Director at Impression, said:

“The start of 2020 has been particularly busy across the business with new clients, speaking opportunities and events across the UK and internationally - it’s a really exciting time for Impression and I’m delighted to welcome the new members to our team.

“Paid media is important for businesses that want to stand out in an increasingly competitive marketplace and this has been reflected in the enquiries we now receive on a daily basis. Given the market conditions, I only envisage this arm of the business to grow further in the years ahead.”
