ActionCoach unveils new signing

Specialist business development and coaching consultancy ActionCoach Leicester & Nottingham has welcomed a new Relationship Manager to its team.

Dev Popat joins founders Louise Jones and Andrew McGunnigle in the business, which was founded in 2018 with the aim of helping clients to define and achieve their objectives and realise their full potential.

They aim to bring a fresh perspective to the organisations they work with by combining a wealth of personal business experience with proven, world-class marketing and business development techniques to help unlock future growth.

As well as working towards becoming a full-time member of the coaching team, Dev has been tasked with developing closer links with local businesses and charitable organisations which would benefit from coaching and mentoring to help them achieve their business goals.

Before joining Andrew and Louise, Dev was Business Relationship Manager at East Midlands Chamber, where he spent two years working with local businesses to help them raise their profile and access the range of services the Chamber has to offer. Prior to that, he held roles with Europcar, Centrica and Workforce Recruitment Ltd.

Dev said: “It’s fantastic to be working with Louise and Andrew and being able to make such a positive difference to the clients we work with.

“My main role will be getting around the local business community and building relationships with organisations where we can have an impact.”

Louise added: “We’re delighted to have Dev on board. He is an asset to the business, who brings real energy, passion and drive to the role. He has an extensive network of local business contacts who we are looking to build relationships with.

“Our aim is to bring together a group of professionals who are experts in their own fields to build a collaborative team which has a real impact on the people, businesses and charitable organisations we work with.

“We have exciting plans for the future and working with Dev will help us to bring them to fruition.”
