HR consultancy named as finalist in prestigious local awards

A leading HR consultancy has been named as a finalist in the Service Excellence category of the 2023 SME Northamptonshire Business Awards.

 

Kettering based HR Solutions is shortlisted after the judges recognised the outstanding assistance and advice they provide to their clients.

It’s the second nod to the consultancy’s impressive customer service in 2023.

In January, the consultancy won the prestigious Gold Trusted Service Award for 2022 from customer insights company Feefo.

The much-coveted award, for outstanding customer service, was earned by HR Solutions for for the second consecutive year.

The annual Feefo awards recognise customer centric businesses who demonstrate high quality customer service. Client ratings decide the winners.

Led by effective and diligent leadership in the last six years, HR Solutions has grown significantly with one merger and five acquisitions, taking the team from eight employees to 42. Yet despite substantial growth, the company has worked hard to keep its inclusive team spirit and first-class service.

Last year HR Solutions was acquired by employment law, HR and health and safety specialist WorkNest for an enterprise value of £6.1 million, due to its strong position in the market.
