Derby business named one of Britain’s Best IT Companies for third straight year

Derby IT company Neuways has ended the year on a high, by being named as one of Britain’s Top 50 Best Managed IT Companies for the third year in succession.

The 2021 ceremony was once again held virtually, with TechnoPlanet CEO and President, Julian Lee hosting the country’s finest IT businesses in a celebration of IT excellence.

TechnoPlanet evaluate each business through a series of rigorous assessments that ensure only the very best IT companies make the final shortlist of 50. Those Neuways staff in attendance were ecstatic to see the company recognised for the continued strong work that has been put in throughout 2021.

Among other key highlights, the Support Team have maintained their excellent record of hitting 100% of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) agreed with customers. The Customer Satisfaction Rating for the business has also improved throughout the year, despite the challenges experienced, reaching an excellent and consistent 98%.

Neuways has also helped many customers with drastic digital transformations that have helped them to improve their productivity and adapt to the ever-changing business landscape.
