LEICESTERSHIRE HOMEBUILDER’S NEW SITES TO BRING BOOST OF OVER 800 JOBS IN 2021

Leading Leicestershire homebuilder David Wilson Homes East Midlands has announced that its new sites launching in 2021 will underpin over 800 jobs for local people.

 

The Coalville-based developer will bring a total of 414 new homes across the county which will underpin 828 local jobs throughout the development process.

David Wilson Homes East Midlands predominately employs local sub-contractors and tradesmen – so local businesses and people will benefit directly from the jobs.

Across the year, the homebuilder will initially be delivering 74 properties on its return to New Lubbesthorpe in Leicester, in addition to 235 new homes at The Skylarks in East Leake.

Elsewhere, the recently launched Ashlawn Gardens development in Rugby will be home to 105 properties.
