PCW helps stalling businesses shift up a gear with ‘Need for Speed’ workshop

PCW Consulting is aiming to help company bosses get their businesses back on the road after a difficult year with the first in a series of expert online workshops that starts on January 7th.

‘Need for speed - Time to transform your business’ will give attendees - from managing directors and senior leaders to operational heads - the opportunity to gain insights into why speed is crucial for organisations wanting to implement changes now to have a strong 2021 following the COVID-19 pandemic.

The free online sessions will cover all areas of post-pandemic business reinvention and rejuvenation, including the principles of organisation design, how those in the driving seat can manage differently and how leaders can fine tune their business’ purpose.

‘Need for speed - Time to transform your business’ will be delivered by PCW’s head of organisational design & development, Michelle Johnson. 

With 15 years in organisational strategy and HR, Michelle has previously held senior roles at Morrisons, Laing O'Rourke and Kier Group and worked in professional services. Michelle is also a neuro-linguistic practitioner coach with a degree in psychosocial sciences. 

Michelle said:

“The beginning of a new year is always a great time to take stock of the year gone by and a chance to look ahead to 12 new months, and never has it felt more important to do so.
