NOTTS AGENCY TO ATTEND NATIONAL CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION IN LONDON

NOTTINGHAMSHIRE estate agent Richard Watkinson & Partners has announced that they will attend the Relocation Agent Network (RAN) National Conference and Exhibition on Friday 17 November.

Joined by some of the UK’s leading estate agents, the Newark-based company will attend the conference, which will be followed by a black-tie awards dinner hosted by former Great British Bake Off star, Sue Perkins.

The annual event is an opportunity for market-leading estate agents to share their thoughts, opinions and knowledge on current trends in the property sector.

Director at Richard Watkinson & Partners, Simon Watkinson said: “This year’s RAN National Conference and Exhibition is due to offer lots of top tips and innovations to benefit our customers. Of course, the Richard Watkinson & Partners team also uses the event as a great opportunity to network with some of the UK’s leading estate agencies.”

Held at the Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel, the event welcomes keynote speakers including; top business consultant and former managing director of Robert Half International, Jeff Grout; Hamish Taylor, founder of the Skills Exchange Network, which enables organisations to achieve innovations by looking outside their industry; and economist, Roger Martin-Fagg.

The event will also see the introduction of speed sharing roundtables and workshops, each one hosted by an expert in their field.

“Being a part of the RAN is a fantastic opportunity for our customers who are potentially looking to move into or out of the county but lack local expertise in order to make the change a smooth a transition into their new home as possible,” added Simon.

A prestigious awards ceremony follows the conference, with the Agent of the Year Award being one of the most coveted titles up for grabs.

Richard Watkinson & Partners has been attending the conference for 25 years, also operating as member of the RAN during this time. It has offices across Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire, having offered lettings, residential sales and commercial services for almost 30 years in the region.
