Relocation leads to accelerating growth for Nottingham K9 accessory brand as NG adds bite to move

A rapidly-expanding Nottingham based business which provides premium K9 accessories from dog collars, harnesses and leads and soon to introduce their first tech-savvy product has relocated to larger premises and is set to create new jobs after help from NG Chartered Surveyors.

BullyBillows has moved to a 7,100 sq ft industrial unit with offices on Rani Drive in the Basford area of the city in a deal brokered by NG director Sunny Landa. The move comes after the business saw rising demand for its products and needed extra space to store its expanding range.

Anthony Koumi & Benjamin Billows, managing director of BullyBillows, said:

"The move to Rani Drive was driven by an ever-growing demand for our brand, and our need to implement new systems and hire more staff. We have moved to larger locations 3 times in the last 24 months, we originally started working out of our spare room in the early stages of the business. We outgrew our previous unit within months and we found we had hundreds of thousands of pounds of stock with nowhere to store it."

Anthony and Ben say the move has already generated two new jobs and BullyBillows is already looking to employ 3-4 more staff in the next coming months as the business now has space and infrastructure to expand further.

He added:

"We are now able to open our stockist portal (wholesale) as we have over 160 and growing companies based all across the globe ready to stock our products in their shops offline and online. We couldn't do this before as it was impossible to fulfil orders due to lack of room and staff along with trying to keep our stock levels replenished with the demand. Our new premises will give me and my business partner Ben to have a more work/life balance too as growing our team will allow us to delegate accordingly.

"This will also allow us to be even more proactive on social media and take live videos, introduce the community to our new HQ, get to meet the team and invite some of our online friends down for an opening day along with focusing more on what matters the most, customer relations as this is one of the key fundamentals to our business."

Sunny added:
