NG lands prestigious Nottingham city centre office management deal

NG Chartered Surveyors, the property people, have landed a deal to provide management services to one of Nottingham’s most prestigious office addresses.
NG’s director, Jude Weston, will lead a team that has been instructed to manage Park View House at 58 The Ropewalk - in the heart of Nottingham’s professional services quarter.
Occupiers at the 16,000 sq ft multi-let office include Gateley Plc and Forvis Mazars, with the wider professional services quarter hosting some of Nottingham’s finest period buildings which are home to a range of local, regional, national and global businesses.
Park View House has recently had circa £200,000 spent on external improvements and further works are planned for the building.

The Park View instruction adds to NG’s impressive, growing portfolio of listed mixed-tenure management instructions across the East Midlands.
Jude said NG’s experience of managing listed buildings and those in conservation areas meant the team had the perfect skill set to take on Park View House.
