Lincolnshire Will Writing Firm grows team and launches Private Client business

Lincolnshire Estate Planning firm, Beneficial Trust & Will Co Ltd have emerged from the Covid crisis with a strengthened team and a resolve to widen their business offering in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts.

The family business, who have operated in the county for more than 20 years, have added an additional member to the team to support the demands of the growing business. Kerrie Vickers has joined as Business Support Administrator to support the needs of advisers and clients as the legal services practice has seen an increase in service requirements post the pandemic lockdown periods.

Amy Peters, Operations Director, commented

“Clearly it’s been a challenging time for everybody over the last 18 months and we’ve all had to face up to the realities of our own mortality. The requirement to plan ahead has never been more important and it’s something that is reflected in the increasing numbers of requests for our services. We’re delighted to welcome Kerrie on board as a valued member of the team and she brings a wealth of experience to the business."

The family-run firm has also invested in developing a new private client offering as traditionally they have only serviced the needs of fellow professionals such as accountants, financial advisers and Estate planners. Amy Peters explains,

“The foundations of our business have been primarily built on supporting other professional advisers to support their clients. We felt that Lincoln residents could benefit from our experience of writing thousands of unique Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and we have launched Beneficial Family Wills to do just that.”

Having worked in partnership with talented local digital agency, Digital Media Edge to refine their new client proposition, Beneficial Family Wills has been  launched to answer key questions clients have when looking to plan ahead such as “why do I need a Will?” and ‘how do I update my Will?”

Amy Peters commented,

“People have worked so hard to build up their own personal assets, it’s important we provide a service to local people to help them ensure it passes to their loved ones in accordance with their wishes."

The new website www.beneficialfamilywills.co.uk is a useful resource hub for anyone looking to get their affairs in order and the team can also be contacted on hello@beneficialfamilywills.co.uk or 01522 500823 for a confidential and informal chat.
