Gem of a deal as NG let an office in Kirkby-in-Ashfield

Commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors have completed a deal to sell a prominent office building in Kirkby-in-Ashfield.

 

NG's Ellis Cullen let the 1,630 sq ft 12 Diamond Avenue on behalf of private landlord clients to vehicle delivery firm Response AbleSolutions Ltd.

The two-storey office building is situated on Diamond Avenue, the principal road which runs directly through Kirkby in Ashfield town centre. The property is on a busy thoroughfare which affords easy access to the A38 dual carriageway and the M1 Motorway.

Ellis said:
