Extended showroom for prestige car specialist Baytree

Prestige and performance vehicle specialist Baytree Cars has expanded its showroom after a big surge in demand.

Baytree has set a target of bringing the highest marque cars to Derby and has just taken delivery of an Aston Martin BB4 Sports Coupe which is worth more than £500,000.

An eye-catching trio of Ferraris - a 599 F1 GTB Fiorano, 458 Spider Dct and F430 Scuderia, all valued above £150,000 are also attractions for supercar fans, alongside a Porsche 911 Gt3 Rs.

Celebrities and business leaders as well as car enthusiasts are now turning to Baytree, which is bucking the slump which retail outlets have faced since the Covid pandemic.

Director Chris McDermott said: “We have built up Baytree for many years and recently invested heavily in new cars. We are now seeing the fruition of that hard work.”

Well-respected Derbyshire entrepreneur Steve Pinchbeck joined the company two years ago, helping Chris and the team to push Baytree even further forward.

Steve added: “Baytree has been a high-quality business for many years and now we are extending our stock to be among the most extensive in the East Midlands. We are very proud of our extended showroom.

“We also pride ourselves on customer service, thanks to decades of experience in the prestige car industry.

“Meanwhile, despite selling cars nationwide, we are also immersing ourselves in the Derbyshire community and have begun a sponsorship with David Lloyd Heath club on Pride Park.

“We intend this to be the first of several initiatives which will significantly increase our profile.”
