East Midlands apprenticeship provider thrives with a tripled turnover, award recognition and new brand

Midlands based apprenticeship provider, EMA Training, have not only survived the country’s lockdown period, but thrived it with no plans to slow down.

The company, founded by CEO, Tracey Mosley, invited a small group of prestigious guests along to the unveiling of a whole new brand for the business, at the ‘EMA Hub’ in Derby, on Friday 25th September. EMA Training’s Non-Executive Chair, Richard Gerver, was proud to attend the launch to ‘cut the ribbon’ to mark a significant moment in the life of the company. Local photographers and videographers, ‘AV Media, were on hand to professionally capture the
milestone.

With a passion to make an impact on young people’s lives, Tracey made the bold move and established EMA Training back in 2015. Tracey and the team have since gone on to achieve incredible things, including, the development of a strong recognition across the East Midlands, the appointment of a management board of Directors in December 2019 to include, James Stafford as COO and Matt Edwards as Sales Director, recognised as a finalist in 2019 at the Enterprising Women in Business Awards for Female Entrepreneur, achieved a phenomenal 101 5* Google Reviews and now, a whole new brand to support their growth and future plans.

Tracey Mosley, CEO, spoke about the milestone;

‘I am incredibly proud to be stood here today to talk about this milestone - but I am even more proud of our team and the hard work that they demonstrate on a daily basis to achieve our vision which has got us to this point. It has been a rollercoaster of a 5 years with some great achievements, some turbulent times, lots of learning but most importantly, I can stand here and say that we have impacted greatly on 100’s of young people’s lives’.

The new brand, which was cleverly crafted by Leicestershire based, Mocha Marketing, was designed with EMA’s vision in mind; to be the provider of choice for professional services apprenticeships across the East Midlands, offering marketing leading provision through an exciting and impactful curriculum.

James Stafford, COO, spoke to the attendees about the brand and had this to say;

‘It’s a proud moment for us to be stood here in front of you to unveil our new brand. We are so happy with the outcome and believe it not only captures the vis ion for our bus iness, but represents our core values to innovate, collaborate, to have integrity, to provide the bes t service, to have impact and to show respect’.

There is no denying that the management board at EMA Training have the bit between their teeth with a trebled turnover in the last financial year to show for it …. and have plans to do exactly the same again, this financial year.
