State-of-the-art flexible workspace Cubo opens in Nottingham

A new state-of-the-art flexible workspace, which also includes private offices, has opened for business this week in Nottingham city Centre.

The building on King Street, Fenchurch House, has been opened as Cubo, a new concept providing private office space, co-working space with hot desks, designated desks and meeting rooms.

The property features a communal lobby area providing both lift and stair access to all the floors. The private offices cover 4 floors, each with its own communal space, kitchens, printer stations and meeting rooms. Then an impressive open plan floor which is dedicated to co-working space, complete with its own in-house barista (and don’t forget the beers!), also a kitchen and meeting rooms.

The building has the most impressive views over the city, and the design of the offices has taken this into account, making it a very pleasant place to work from, with lots of natural light throughout the building.

Tenants have 24/7 access to the building and benefit from lots of services. Cubo make their memberships very simple by having everything included; from having your offices cleaned, beverages, mail handling, printing, super-fast internet…the list goes on!

Cubo opened a site in Derby earlier this year and also plans to open in Sheffield very soon. Cubo members will have access to all the sites.

Rebecca Brough, Managing Director of Cubo said:

“We are very pleased to have opened Cubo in Nottingham City Centre, it’s great to be able to offer these services to large and smaller companies alike. Cubo is a great working environment.”
