Mega deal for NG as student accommodation agent expands in Nottingham

Commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors have brokered a deal to let another former Coral unit - this time to a fast-growing student accommodation letting agency and management company.

Megaclose is expanding in Nottingham after taking the 3,228 sq ft unit at 181-183 Mansfield Road in a deal sealed by Sunny Landa, director at NG, on behalf of the GVC Group.

The expansion for Megaclose comes after a £45m deal was landed by Student Roost last October to bring forward a 472-bed scheme at York House on Mansfield Road - directly opposite the new Megaclose premises.

The development will add to Student Roost’s existing portfolio of three properties in the city.
