Last Call for Top Directors’ Awards Nominations

The Institute of Directors (IoD) has announced the final call for nominations and applications for its East Midlands Director of the Year awards 2019, which are sponsored by Castle Business School.

The awards recognise the achievements of the region’s most hardworking and innovative business leaders and new categories this year reflect innovation and inclusivity.

Ron Lynch, IoD East Midlands Regional Director, commented: “Business leaders like to hear about business success, great stories about businesses in the region that encourage everyone to perform to the best of their ability. Directors and businesses face huge challenges but we know that there are many talented people ready to rise and meet the challenges and achieve success.”

Entries for the eleven categories of awards can be made online via www.iodawards.com/eastmidlands. The closing date for entries is midnight Friday 12th April. Nominations and applications are accepted from IoD Members and non-members.

The East Midlands awards ceremony will take place at a lunch on Thursday 20th  June at Winstanley House, Leicester. Category winners will be selected for the IoD’s national finals later in the year.

· Corporate Social Responsibility Director

· Family Business Director

· Inclusivity Director

· Innovation Director

· International Director

· Non-Executive Director

· Public Sector Director

· Third Sector Director

· Start-up Director

· Young Director

· Small and Medium Enterprise Business Director (below 50 million turnover).

· Director of a Large Business (50 million + turnover).
