Rothera Sharp names new CEO as part of firm restructure

Rothera Sharp names new CEO as Christina Yardley.

Rothera Sharp Solicitors has named Christina Yardley, previously the firm’s Business Development partner, as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Christina, who joined the firm in 2017 will work alongside Ann-Marie Bowman, formerly Rothera Sharp’s Managing Partner who will step into the role of Chairwoman. Joining them on the Board is Richard Hammond who will take on the new role of Chief Innovations and Risk Officer.

These new positions within Rothera Sharp are part of a wider restructure in order to facilitate the firm’s ambitious plans for growth. Ann-Marie successfully led the firm through its 2016 merger and Christina is poised to build on the exceptional work that Ann-Marie has carried out during her tenure, whilst bringing a new dimension to the strategic leadership of the firm.

In her role as CEO Yardley, who is also a partner in the firm’s wills and probate department, will be developing and implementing the firm’s business plan, continuing with her business development role, managing the firm’s professional support division and reviewing the firm’s financial strategy.

The firm has ambitious plans for 2019 including developing its recruitment strategy and opportunities for career development as well as making a further commitment to its CSR policies and client care practices.
