The implementation of MHR’s software solution will replace the charity’s reliance on spreadsheet- based processes and other systems that has made it difficult to inform decision-making in the past. Teenage Cancer Trust, which currently employs over 150 people, will also benefit from joining up its siloed talent data, relieving its HR department of time-consuming administrative tasks and gaining a better overview of employee training needs and broader skillsets.
Through a vast array of new HR functionalities and rich, real-time people insights and performance evidence, the charity aims to improve its programmes in the following areas:
Anton Roe, Chief Executive Officer of MHR, says:
“We’re proud MHR has been chosen by Teenage Cancer Trust to modernise and streamline their HR processes. Uncovering a breadth of new employee insights will help the charity create a more connected, productive and diverse workforce. We look forward to seeing the results and growth of our partnership.”
Mary Jones, Head of HR at Teenage Cancer Trust, adds:
“The functionality that MHR’s platform offers has been on our wish-list for quite some time, and the solution itself is one that can grow with us. By gaining real-time analytics capabilities and rich data on the effectiveness of our initiatives, the HR team will further support the growth of the charity and the value of services that we offer.“
