Leicestershire wellbeing company bolsters employment team

A former Legal Executive with a dazzling record for business development has been added to the employment arm of a Leicestershire wellbeing company.

Wellonomics has strengthened its employment team, with Suzanne Jones joining the company as Client Co-Ordinator.

The 51-year-old from Leicester will use her expert organisational skills to further enhance the experience for users of the Wellonomics programme, an online assessment proven to increase the wellbeing and productivity among employees, that once completed provides instant feedback and suggests ways to improve a person’s lifestyle.

As part of the programme, it offers solutions to each individual and once completed the assessment is stored on a personal dashboard that tracks progress.

Suzanne, who originally trained as a Legal Executive before switching for a career in account management, sales and marketing and business development, will help to source new associates and experts to further expand and develop the Wellonomics experience.

She said:

“I am delighted to take on this exciting and varied role, evolving with Wellonomics and the team as we continue to grow.

“A great deal of my time will be spent helping and working with our fabulous associates and clients together with our world of Wellonomics experts and I’ll be on the lookout for new associates and experts to help us to further expand and develop. I’ll also be managing some of our internal systems and processes in a bid to provide the best resources possible to help our clients make a positive difference to their lives.

“Throughout my working life, I’ve really enjoyed being involved with fabulous people and helping to create feel good, successful business projects, events and initiatives and I can’t wait to continue my journey with the team at Wellonomics.”

Wellonomics was created to help companies to encourage their staff to make positive change to their lives through a tailored content and active programmes.

Will Gooch Chief Finance Officer at Wellonomics said:

“We are delighted to welcome Suzanne on board, increasing our internal team to six, as well as our network of freelancers.

“Over the next six months we expect to see our internal team grow exponentially and Suzanne will be instrumental in this growth.

“For our clients, keeping open channels of communication throughout their journey with Wellonomics is key to their success. Suzanne will be on hand to help to ensure that implementation runs smoothly for all involved by working with the team and experts to co-ordinate methods of raising awareness and/or training where needs are flagged up as well as co-ordinating the sharing of regular updates, trends and examples of best practices to ensure that our associates and clients benefit from a first-class programme of support.

“Together our job is to help people to feel fit and healthy, which goes in hand with increased productivity at work, at the same time as helping employees with a better-quality sleep, mental health improvements and an overall boost to their wellbeing.”

The programmes, supplied by Wellonomics, have been carefully designed to support the integration of wellbeing and engagement to any company, while incorporating the latest in research and employment practice.
