Faye Summers, head of HR at UK Flooring Direct, said:

“The past year has seen so much change in the way we work due to the pandemic and has seen so many of our teams working from home and apart.

“As a company we’ve also continued to grow, have opened a second site in Coventry and have brought in new members to every one of our teams.

“It’s important that everyone in the UK Flooring Direct family feels valued and understand that their wellbeing is a priority for the business and that’s why we have dedicated this May our Wellbeing Month.

“We’ve offered a range of different classes, events and talks to support everyone’s physical, emotional, financial and mental wellbeing and the response has been great.

“We understand, however, that putting wellbeing first is not something that is restricted to just one month in the year and that is why we continue to work hard in making this a great place to work for everyone across the business consistently.”
