As part of the next stage of its continued growth and strategic development, Midlands based accountants and business advisors, Smith Cooper, have launched new core values, in order to underpin the firm’s continued growth.

 

Established in 1985, the firm has experienced significant growth over recent years expanding its reach through new locations, service lines and specialisms. Smith Cooper is currently ranked the 41st largest UK firm in the Accountancy Age Top 50+50.

As part of the launch of new core values, Smith Cooper have also introduced several new initiatives, intended to bolster the firm’s approach to learning and development, and the health and wellbeing of their team. Some of the new initiatives include a focus on corporate social responsibility including charitable volunteering opportunities, peer-to-peer recognition awards scheme, a new flexible working policy, sabbaticals and additional holiday for service and birthdays.
