FHP bolsters West Bridgford team with new addition

FHP Living Lettings has bolstered its West Bridgford branch with a new addition to the team, following a surge in demand for rental properties in the area.

The Nottingham-based firm has appointed Nicola Thorpe as its latest property consultant in West Bridgford to oversee lettings and also work with closely with landlords who have properties in the area. An experienced lettings manager, Nicola has over 12 years of experience with the FHP team, and is equipped with an in-depth knowledge of Nottingham city and its surrounding areas.

Commenting on her new position, Nicola said:

“West Bridgford is one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods around Nottingham, with several top-performing schools, as well as cafés, shops and parks, so it comes as no surprise that families, couples and graduates are so eager to move here.

“This new role is an excellent opportunity for me to not only broaden my knowledge and skills, but to also help house hunters find their next dream home. A big part of my new role will be negotiating with landlords, as well as forging relationships with new ones in order to boost our property portfolio.
