Inspiring Business by Sharing Success

The funding will take the platform through development and into launch, with a particular focus on its AI matching and immersive viewing technology, as the team works alongside couples and a founding group of venues to shape the product.
Founder and CEO Stacey Ferguson-Czersovski, has spent more than 20 years in weddings and hospitality. She built her first business, The Venue Experts, without any external investment, working closely with venues on their sales and marketing and helping them turn more enquiries into bookings. In that time she saw the same problem again and again: couples spending weeks trawling through listings and travelling to viewings that were never quite right, while venues fielded enquiries from people who were never likely to book. The VenueVerse is her answer to that problem, and this investment marks the point where two decades of industry insight become a scalable technology business. Stacey said:
"For as long as I've worked in this industry, venue discovery has been fragmented and time-consuming for couples and venues alike. The VenueVerse is the technology I believe the industry has been missing, a more intelligent and connected way for couples to find places that genuinely fit their vision. Having Jenson behind us gives us the backing and the expertise to turn that into a platform that works for the UK and, ultimately, for international markets."
Rather than being another listing site or directory, The VenueVerse is designed to guide couples from their first idea all the way to a confident shortlist. Couples start by describing the wedding they're imagining, and the platform suggests venues that match. From there they can take immersive virtual viewings from anywhere in the world and speak directly to venue teams, comparing their options as they go, so that by the time they arrange an in-person visit they already know it's somewhere worth seeing.
For venues, it's a chance to show off their spaces far beyond a static listing and to hear from couples who are already a good fit, which makes for far more productive conversations from the very first enquiry. Building a stronger shortlist from home also means fewer unnecessary journeys, something that matters more and more as destination weddings grow in popularity and couples look further afield.
The launch comes at a pivotal moment for the industry. The Government has described its proposed reforms to wedding law in England and Wales as the biggest shake-up in almost 200 years, shifting the focus away from licensed buildings and towards authorised officiants. If they go ahead, couples could have far greater freedom over where and how they marry, and The VenueVerse aims to give them a clearer way to navigate that growing choice. Jeffrey Faustin, CIO and Managing Partner at Jenson Ventures, said:
"The VenueVerse is addressing a clear gap in a large, established market, combining AI and immersive technology with genuine sector insight. Stacey and Mark bring the kind of first-hand experience and commercial determination we look for in founders. As greater choice reshapes the wedding landscape, we believe there's a compelling opportunity to improve how couples discover venues and how venues connect with the right customers."
Jenson Ventures will work closely with The VenueVerse team as it prepares for launch and builds a technology business serving couples and venues in the UK and beyond.
