Nuvo strengthens Vision 2030 strategy with acquisition of AG Corporate Law

Nuvo Group has taken its next step under its Vision 2030 growth strategy, acquiring corporate law practice AG Corporate Law and launching Nuvo Legal, the group's new legal service line.
Nuvo Legal continues to operate from Ransom Wood Business Park in Mansfield, led by founder Adam Gilbert. The existing team stays in place, advising clients across corporate, commercial and employment law.
The move gives clients a fully joined-up service: legal advice alongside the group's established accountancy, audit, tax, payroll, HR and hiring.
Founded in 2023, AG Corporate Law built a strong reputation for practical, commercially focused legal advice, supporting businesses through mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, restructures and a wide range of corporate matters. The two firms have worked together for several years.
The launch is the latest milestone in Vision 2030, the plan for the Derbyshire-headquartered group to move from 73rd in the UK's Top 100 accountancy firms into the Top 25 by 2030, through a mix of organic growth and acquisition.
