Housebuilder celebrates diversity with Ashby Pride sponsorship

A five-star housebuilder has shown its support for a key event in Leicestershire’s LGBTQ+ calendar.
Coalville-based developer David Wilson Homes East Midlands has sponsored Ashby Pride 2026 with a £250 donation to support the event’s aim to create a more inclusive and vibrant community.
The sponsorship helped fund the volunteer-run celebration, which took place on Market Street in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, promoting inclusivity, acceptance and unity across the region.
Organised by Ashby Pride CIC, the annual event brought people together for a day filled with live music, entertainment, market stalls and community activities. Now in its fourth year, the festival has become a staple in the town’s summer calendar.
