Nottinghamshire homebuilder donates £500 to football fundraiser

Nottinghamshire housebuilder Barratt and David Wilson Homes has supported Ash Lea Special School's charity football match and summer fayre, helping to raise vital funds for the school and its charity partner Footprints.
The event brought together pupils, families and staff for a day of fun and excitement. Alongside the charity football match, visitors enjoyed a bustling summer fayre packed with activities, including the chance to put school staff in the stocks.
Ash Lea Special School supports children and young people aged three to 18 with complex learning difficulties, empowering them to develop the physical, communication, social, sensory, self-help and thinking skills they need to achieve their full potential.
Kelly Ginley, Senior Administrator at Ash Lea, said:
“We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Barratt and David Wilson Homes for its generous donation. This support means so much to our school community and helped to help make our charity football fundraising event a great success. We are truly grateful for this kindness and generosity.”
Barratt and David Wilson Homes' £500 donation helped support the event and contributed towards the funds raised, enabling the school and Footprints to continue providing invaluable support and opportunities for children and their families.
