Derbyshire Annual Festival returns with backing from local housebuilders

Derbyshire housebuilders Barratt and David Wilson Homes have supported Ashbourne Festival with a £5,000 sponsorship, helping to deliver another successful celebration of arts and culture in the local community.
The annual festival, which took place in the market town of Ashbourne close to the housebuilders’ Ashbourne Airfield development, brought together residents and visitors for a vibrant programme of events. Spanning several weeks, the festival featured a diverse mix of music, theatre, comedy, art and talks across a range of venues.
A well-established fixture in the local calendar, Ashbourne Festival continues to play an important role in the community by showcasing a blend of local, national and international talent, while offering opportunities for people of all ages to enjoy and engage with the arts.
The £5,000 sponsorship from Barratt and David Wilson Homes helped support the delivery of this year’s event, contributing to the wide variety of performances and activities on offer.

Throughout the festival, audiences enjoyed a wide range of events including live music performances, theatre productions, comedy shows and exhibitions, alongside family-friendly activities and outdoor entertainment.
