Clegg Food Projects is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Roberts as its new Commercial Director, reinforcing the company's leadership team as it continues to drive long-term growth and deliver specialist food industry construction projects across the UK.
Stephen joins Clegg Food Projects after 15 years with Lindum Group, where he held a similar senior commercial role. He brings extensive commercial expertise, industry knowledge and leadership experience, making him a valuable addition to the business at an exciting stage in its continued development.
In his new role, Stephen will be responsible for leading the company's commercial function, supporting its strategic growth ambitions and helping to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality projects and service for clients.
Stephen's appointment also forms part of a planned leadership succession, ahead of the retirement of Commercial Director Ian King in early 2027 after more than 25 years in the business. Ian has made a significant contribution to the success of Clegg Food Projects over many years, and this carefully managed transition demonstrates the company's commitment to maintaining continuity for its clients, partners and employees.
