East Midlands' biggest property music night raises more than £37,000 for local youth charity

Nottingham's property and construction industries hit all the right notes last night as Nottingham Hot Property - the city’s biggest charity music event - raised over £37,500 for local youth charity Base 51.
The annual event saw attendance of nearly 1,000 professionals from across the property and construction sector, for what was the event’s 22nd year. It was a night of making a lasting difference as attendees came together for an evening of live music and fundraising at the iconic Binks Yard venue, all in aid of Base 51.
From Like a Prayer to Valerie and Teenage Dirtbag, attendees were treated to expert performances of a range of crowd pleasers, from professionals within the property and construction sectors.
Base 51 is an organisation dedicated to supporting young people aged 11-24 across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. For over 30 years, the charity has worked to improve mental wellbeing and reduce social isolation through its counselling provision and youth outreach services. All of the funds raised will help the charity provide vital support to some of the area's most vulnerable young people.

“Hot Property is an event like no other and this year’s event certainly didn’t disappoint. Since its inception in 2004, Hot Property has blossomed into something that is incredibly special. Every year our performers, sponsors, volunteers and supporters come together with a shared purpose: to make a meaningful difference for local charities, and this year was no different.
“With great weather, excellent music and a fantastic vibe to match, it was another successful year that raised incredibly important funds for the fantastic work Base 51 do to support young people in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
“What makes Hot Property so special isn't just the music or the fundraising, it's the people. Every year we're reminded of what can be achieved when an industry comes together with a shared purpose. Whether they're performing, volunteering, sponsoring or cheering from the audience, everyone contributes to the incredible atmosphere and impact of the event.”

Renowned for its commitment to giving back, Nottingham Hot Property brings together professionals from across the city’s property and construction sector for an evening of outstanding live music, showcasing local talent while raising vital funds for local charities.
Since 2004 more than 12,000 people have attended the event, helping to raise over £485,000 for local causes through ticket sales and on-the-night donations.
This year’s event will saw a variety of industry leaders in attendance including headline sponsors Pulse Consult, Overbury, Gleeds and Blueprint Interiors. Joining them was a variety of wider sponsors including CPMG Architects, Morgan Sindall, Marrons, HWA Consulting, Pegasus and Wates. This year's t-shirt sponsor was Survey Hub.
The event’s media partners are Cartwright and SANDBOX providing PR, marketing, and design support.
