Spitfire Homes launches Community Fund to support Nottinghamshire causes as part of 15th anniversary celebrations

Nottinghamshire charities, clubs and community organisations are being invited to apply for funding through the brand-new Spitfire Homes Community Fund, launched as part of the award-winning homebuilder's 15th anniversary celebrations.

The fund makes £15,000 available to support projects, activities and initiatives that make a positive impact within local communities – a meaningful investment that reflects the homebuilder's values as a people-first business with deep roots in the places it calls home.

Applications are open to charities, societies, clubs and valued community assets based within Nottinghamshire. Organisations are asked to share how they would use the funding and the difference it will make, making the process straightforward for community groups of all shapes and sizes to get involved.

The fund has been established as part of wider celebrations marking Spitfire’s 15th anniversary. Since its inception, the homebuilder has delivered more than 1,500 homes in 62 communities across the Midlands and beyond, creating lasting legacies in the places it helps to shape.

Matt Vincent, Operations Director at Spitfire Homes, said:

“As we reflect on 15 years of Spitfire Homes, it's the communities we've been part of that stand out as much as the homes we've delivered. The brand-new Community Fund is our way of giving something back to the organisations that make those places worth living in. We encourage eligible organisations to come forward and apply. The application is simple, and the fund has been created to support projects that make a genuine difference locally.”

From grassroots sports clubs and local charities to community projects and social initiatives, Spitfire Homes is inviting applications from organisations seeking financial support to help deliver meaningful outcomes within their local area.
