New Business Network Launches in Rothwell to Champion Local Enterprise

Businesses across Rothwell have a powerful new ally as the Rothwell Business Network (RBN) officially launches today.
Created in partnership with Rothwell Town Council, the network has been established to support, connect and promote local businesses, strengthening the town's economy and helping its high street to thrive.
From long-established high street names to tradespeople, professional services and brand-new startups, RBN has been designed with every Rothwell business in mind. Members benefit from regular networking events, a searchable online business directory, the ability to post their own events, jobs and news, social media promotion, a quarterly digital magazine, practical workshops, and one-to-one business support and mentoring.
With membership starting from just £19.99 per month and £9.99 per month for charities and new start-ups, the network aims to make professional business support accessible and affordable for organisations of every size.
“Rothwell's business community is diverse, talented and full of ambition,” said Chris Aitken, Rothwell Business Network. “We created RBN to bring those businesses together, to help them connect, support one another, and grow. By working together, we can build a stronger local economy and make Rothwell an even better place to do business. The response so far has been fantastic, and this is just the beginning.”

Founding Members
The launch has already attracted enthusiastic support from across the town, with several businesses signing up as founding members ahead of the big day. They include:
- Simon & Co Sales and Lettings — the town's leading independent estate and letting agent
- MG Electrical — a local, independent electrical contractor
- Trinity Dental — a modern private dental practice in the heart of Rothwell
- Frank's Butchers — a traditional family butcher and much-loved local institution
- CTB Installations — a family-run windows, doors, warm roofs and home improvement specialist
- The Red Lion Rothwell — an independent pub, restaurant, hotel and events venue in the heart of the town
- Polka Dot Events Management — a Northamptonshire events company specialising in weddings, celebrations and corporate events
- Rothwell Cleaning Services — providers of domestic and commercial cleaning
