Two Appointments for Superior Wellness, Strengthening Parts & Accessories Division

Superior Wellness is continuing its strategic investment in its Parts & Accessories division with the appointment of two highly experienced industry professionals, Jed Newsearlby and Armando Jordan-Garcia.

The appointments mark a significant step forward for the division as Superior Wellness continues to expand its global partner network and strengthen the level of support, service and product expertise available to customers across the UK, Europe and international markets.

Jed Newsearlby has been appointed Global Head of Parts & Accessories, bringing more than 13 years of experience in the hot tub industry. With a strong background across sales, technical support and the wider supply chain, Jed brings extensive sector knowledge and a clear understanding of the needs of both customers and trade partners.

Jed joins Superior Wellness from Balboa Water Group, where he held the role of European Sales and Technical Manager. His career began in banking in London’s West End before he moved into the hot tub industry with a dealer in Essex. He later relocated to East Yorkshire and continued to build his experience through several respected businesses within the sector, including Superior Spas in Chesterfield.

Returning to Superior Wellness after seven years, Jed’s appointment represents a major milestone in the company’s plans to develop a world-class Parts & Accessories division, capable of supporting the business’s continued international growth. His responsibilities for parts and accessories stretch across all brands within the portfolio, for Platinum Spas, Aquasolus, Chill Tubs and Hekla.

Jed Newsearlby, Global Head of Parts & Accessories at Superior Wellness said,

Further strengthening the division, Superior Wellness has also appointed Armando Jordan-Garcia as UK & EU Parts & Accessories Merchandising Manager.

Armando brings over 11 years of experience in the hot tub spare parts market, alongside a strong understanding of product compatibility, merchandising and customer support. His knowledge of the category, combined with his commercial experience, will play an important role in helping Superior Wellness expand its Parts & Accessories offering across the UK and Europe.

Fluent in six languages, Armando is well placed to support partners across multiple markets, helping to build stronger relationships, improve communication and enhance the overall customer experience.
