New Café TOAST & co to Open at Park Farm as Recruitment Begins

A brand-new independent café is set to open its doors at Park Farm in Allestree later this summer, bringing a fresh speciality coffee and brunch destination to the heart of the community.
TOAST & co, a family-run business owned by Allestree resident Samantha Gregory, will offer customers a welcoming space to enjoy expertly crafted coffee, delicious cakes and bakes, and, in time, an exciting menu of breakfast, brunch and afternoon tea. Ahead of opening, the business is also recruiting an experienced manager and baristas to help shape the café from day one.
Located within Allestree Park Farm, TOAST & co has been designed with quality, community and connection at its heart. The café will provide a relaxed and welcoming space where customers can meet friends, catch up on work, enjoy a coffee after visiting the shops, or simply take time out to unwind.
As the business grows, the menu will expand to include a range of breakfast and brunch dishes, alongside afternoon tea.

The café will launch with speciality coffee from local roasters 47 Degrees, based in nearby Langley Mill. Founded in 2015, the independent roastery is known for sourcing high-quality coffees from around the world and roasting them locally with a focus on quality, sustainability and transparency.
The announcement comes amid continued investment at Park Farm, including plans for a new wellness hub. TOAST & co will open in the former Allestree Pet Supplies premises, bringing a new independent food and drink destination to the site later this summer.
TOAST & co is recruiting an experienced manager and baristas to help shape the business. The team is looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals with barista experience, confidence in latte art and a passion for speciality coffee. Successful applicants should be available from mid-July and comfortable working across both front and back of house while delivering exceptional customer service.
