Cooper Parry acquires leading change management consultancy, UUNA

Cooper Parry (CP), the UK’s next-gen professional services group, continues to broaden its digital transformation capability with the acquisition of UUNA, an award-winning* people-led change management consultancy.
Founded by Charlotte Talmage in 2023, UUNA’s network of 50+ associates delivers large-scale transformation programmes, supports ERP turnarounds and builds internal change capability across organisations in the UK, US, Europe, Canada and Australia.
Clients include Oxford University Press, Hays, American Physical Society, Cognizant, WSP, Unite Students, City of London, Arup, Heidelberg Materials, Modulaire and Scientific Games.
As part of fast-growing Cooper Parry Digital (CPD), UUNA will continue the journey to help create the UK’s digital transformation partner of choice. In line with CP’s rebellious, ambitious, challenger ethos, CPD is committed to helping businesses and their people to run leaner, grow faster and sleep easier.
This marks CP’s ninth deal since partnering with New York-based private equity firm Lee Equity Partners in 2025.
