Founded in a bedroom in Leicester in 2006, Arch Creative has evolved into a 15-strong team delivering integrated creative, digital and growth services to ambitious organisations across the UK and beyond. Over the years Arch have worked with a wide range of clients, from global icons such as Ikea, Virgin, Samsung and MTV, through to local organisations such as Leicester City Football Club, Mattioli Woods, the University of Leicester and De Montfort University.
Today, Arch offers a fully integrated service spanning brand, digital, performance marketing and strategic growth consultancy. With sector expertise across areas including Health & Wellbeing, Tech & Finance, Arts & Entertainment, and Consumer & Lifestyle, the agency is entering a sustained period of strategic expansion.
At the heart of this next chapter is Bloom, Arch’s new growth programme. Designed to equip organisations with the creative firepower and performance marketing tools they need to accelerate, Bloom positions Arch firmly as a growth agency - not just a creative one. Community impact remains pivotal to the Arch story. Through its Arch Community initiative, the agency develops and delivers projects that make a tangible difference to Leicester’s cultural landscape. Initiatives include the interactive art campaign Street Stories, the music festival BrewBeat, and self-initiated exhibitions celebrating subculture and social history. Most recently, Arch has been working with sight loss charity Vista and, in partnership with Social Gallery CIC and the University of Leicester, will open an accessible exhibition at Leicester Museum & Art Gallery later this year.
