Champions win Community Award at Small Business Growth Awards

Champions (UK) plc has been named winner of the Community Award at the East Midlands Small Business Growth Awards.
The award, presented by HSBC UK and the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), recognised the company’s ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility and charitable fundraising, as well as community engagement across the region and beyond.
The Small Business Growth Awards describe themselves as ‘more than just business awards’, with a mission to celebrate the spirit of entrepreneurs, small and micro businesses. The awards spotlight community impact and innovation, while aiming to create a platform that supports businesses throughout their growth journey.
The East Midlands-based business consultants has built a long-standing reputation for its charitable work. Champions has helped to raise more than £3 million for Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People, alongside a further £3 million for other charitable causes across the UK.
It has also continued to support local educational establishments and community spaces alongside grassroots initiatives, in addition to being an active member of the Leicester City Community Partnership.
