EMA Training Announces Partnership with Meesh Consulting to Lead the Way in AI Training for East Midlands Businesses.

East Midlands-based training provider, EMA Training, has announced a new partnership with Meesh Consulting, a Leicester-based Data and AI consultancy supporting businesses to implement practical data and AI solutions.
The award-winning duo have come together to launch a new leadership training programme, AI and ME - an initiative designed to give businesses the confidence to adopt and apply AI effectively across their operations.
The announcement comes as EMA Training is formally approved to deliver brand-new government-backed Apprenticeship Units, including a flagship AI Leadership Programme - AI & ME - set to launch in June 2026. These short training units are designed to help employers build capability in AI, delivering tangible outcomes and the confidence to apply learning effectively within their business without committing to a full apprenticeship programme.
While a number of providers will offer these new units, EMA Training is taking a distinct approach. The ‘AI & ME’ initiative is focused not just on technical adoption, but on empowering people. The programme places emphasis on leadership, collaboration and practical application, supporting businesses to integrate AI in a way that enhances skills rather than replaces them.
Developed in partnership with Meesh Consulting, who have extensive experience developing and implementing real world solutions, the programme combines EMA’s training expertise with real-world AI and data experience, ensuring employers gain commercially relevant insight and actionable strategies.

The AI Leadership Unit’s are aimed at business owners, directors, senior leadership teams and managers and are delivered through three focused units - each designed to provide tangible, real-world outcomes for business owners, senior leaders and managers.
In addition, EMA Training will also be offering a full Level 4 AI apprenticeship, providing a longer-term pathway for businesses looking to build deeper capability across departments and teams.
With the rollout beginning in June 2026, EMA Training is as always, positioning itself at the forefront of AI skills development in the region - supporting businesses to embrace innovation with clarity and confidence.
Employers interested in accessing funded training through the apprenticeship levy or government funding are encouraged to register their interest with EMA Training ahead of launch.
