Iulia promoted to clinical lead at Ruddington Manor

Lovett Care Group has promoted Iulia Marciuc to the role of clinical lead at Ruddington Manor, its beautiful care home in Wilford, Nottingham.
Passionate about delivering exceptional care, Nottingham resident Iulia is highly focussed on making a difference for the elders within the care home community ensuring each one is fully supported, able to thrive and live life to the fullest.
A key member of the Ruddington Manor team, she has more than 10 years’ experience in the care sector commencing her career as a nurse before progressing to senior nurse and now clinical lead.
In this new role, she takes responsibility for overseeing all clinical care at Ruddington Manor, ensuring compliance through regular audits of medication, care plans and clinical practices and taking timely actions to maintain the highest standards of quality care.
More than a decade later, she still enjoys everyday as much as when she first started, building meaningful relationships with residents while aiming to make a positive difference to their lives.
Iulia commented:
“I’m delighted to take on the role of clinical lead at Ruddington Manor and look forward to leading by example, continuing to maintain the high levels of clinical standards that we have here and taking every opportunity to further develop my skills and leadership.

Iulia lives in Nottingham with her partner and two daughters. Not married yet, they are planning to tie the knot next year. Away from work she loves spending time with her family exploring the UK and also heading back to Romania to visit her family there.
