Hopwells to host major industry event at Notts County FC’s state-of-the-art Fan Zone, The Nest, on 21st April.

Hopwells, one of the East Midlands’ leading foodservice wholesalers, is inviting hospitality professionals and members of the press to attend the Trade ONLY event, HOPFEST on 21st April at The Nest, Notts County Football Club.

Bringing together more than 35 suppliers and a wide range of leading food and drink brands, HOPFEST is set to be the first wholesale foodservice exhibition held in Nottingham for many years. The trade event has been created to give chefs, caterers, hospitality operators and foodservice professionals the chance to network, discover new menu ideas and plan ahead for the busy summer trading season.

With more than 50 years of service to the local hospitality sector, Hopwells has developed HOPFEST as a celebration of innovation, partnership and regional foodservice excellence. The exhibition will showcase new products, fresh menu inspiration and practical ideas to help businesses across hospitality respond to changing customer tastes and seasonal demand.

The choice of venue also reflects the event’s strong Nottingham roots. By hosting HOPFEST at The Nest, the state-of-the-art Fan Zone at Notts County Football Club, Hopwells is proud to support one of the city’s best-known sporting institutions while creating a dynamic and engaging space for the industry to come together.

HOPFEST will give visitors the opportunity to meet suppliers face-to-face, sample products, discuss trends, explore new concepts and gain ideas that can be taken directly back into pubs, restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, education catering and wider foodservice operations. The exhibition is FREE to attend, with free car parking and free food tastings too! And for anyone registering early, we have secured a FREE decadent Cheesecake Assortment Sample Box, hand-crafted by our local dessert manufacturers Dessertology, who are based in Castle Donington – registration is easy: just visit Hopwells.com

As a long-established local wholesaler, Hopwells is proud to bring national brands and foodservice specialists into Nottingham, helping connect the city’s hospitality sector with the products, ideas and partnerships that can support growth through spring and summer.

The event is also an opportunity to shine a light on the strength and ambition of Nottingham’s hospitality industry. At a time when operators are looking for fresh inspiration, dependable suppliers and commercially relevant menu ideas, HOPFEST aims to provide all three under one roof.

Members of the press are warmly invited to attend HOPFEST on 21st April to meet exhibitors, speak with the Hopwells team, capture footage and photography, and help share the story of an important industry event returning to Nottingham.

We wanted to create a space that gives our customers who work in pubs, bars, cafes, restaurant and food traders the chance to network, discover new menu inspiration and meet some of the biggest and most exciting brands in foodservice. We’re also delighted to be hosting the event at The Nest at Notts County, which makes this a fantastic Nottingham partnership and a brilliant setting for what promises to be a really positive, high-energy day.”
