The prestigious awards ceremony, hosted by the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce, was held at the Lincolnshire Showground last month (February). On the night, construction and property professionals came together to celebrate the outstanding talent, innovation and achievements of those working across the region.
Chestnut Homes was named as winner of the ‘Residential Project of the Year (Over £300,000)’, for its Bridgeways development in Alford. The category sought to award a development with high-quality designs, excellent construction and environmental benefits, as well as evidence of strong engagement with the local community.
Bridgeways, a now-completed development off Willoughby Road, consists of two, three and four-bedroom new homes, alongside green open space, woodland and public footpaths, with a stream running through the centre, creating a vibrant and sustainable community with residents’ wellbeing at its core.
This recognition highlights Chestnut Homes’ ongoing commitment to building high-quality new communities, which are thoughtfully designed to enhance the lives of homeowners and contribute positively to Lincolnshire’s growing landscape.
David Newton, Managing Director at Chestnut Homes, said:
“We are incredibly proud to have won this award for Bridgeways. We always put a lot of care and attention to detail into all our developments, building not just houses but a place that people can truly feel proud to call home, and we are delighted that this philosophy and attention to detail have been celebrated at Bridgeways.
“To have such recognition at such an important industry event is hugely appreciated, and I’d like to thank everyone at Chestnut Homes and our partners who helped bring this project to life. Lincolnshire is our home and we are looking forward to contributing further to its growth and success.”
