Access Learning, part of The Access Group, has launched Access Careers Centre, an AI-powered platform designed to help universities improve student employability, strengthen employer connections, and meet growing regulatory pressure to demonstrate graduate outcomes.
Built on the foundations of Abintegro, Access Careers Centre marks a major evolution of the platform, transforming a trusted careers tool into a next-generation career development ecosystem.
Advanced with emerging technologies, including AI-powered skills assessment and personalised guidance, Access Careers Centre will help students and alumni better understand their strengths, build career readiness and connect with relevant opportunities.
The platform also enables universities to deliver personalised, scalable careers support at a time when institutions are facing increasing financial and staffing pressures.
Bridging the gap between education and employment
Graduates face an increasingly complex labour market, with recent figures showing around 707,000 graduates are currently out of work – up 46% since 2019.
As employers continue to report skills gaps and difficulties identifying suitable candidates, Access Careers Centre analyses individual skills, qualifications and graduates' own ambitions to provide tailored guidance, career pathways and job recommendations.
