Landsmiths expands with new Leicester office

Property law firm, Landsmiths, has announced the opening of a new office in Leicester as part of its ongoing growth strategy and commitment to providing expert property law services across the East Midlands.
The new Leicester base - located in the Spaces building on Guildhall Lane, right in the heart of the City Centre - strengthens the firm’s regional presence and allows the team to work more closely with developers, investors, landowners and property professionals throughout Leicester and the wider East Midlands.
The expansion follows a period of strong growth for the firm, which has recently welcomed a raft of new people across its Commercial Property, Residential Property and support teams. The additional talent has further strengthened the firm’s capability as demand for specialist property law advice continues to increase.
By establishing a presence in Leicester, Landsmiths aims to enhance accessibility for clients across the region while continuing to deliver the high-quality, commercially focused advice the firm is known for.
