Natalie brings over 20 years of post-qualified experience in employment law, advising businesses across a wide range of sectors on both contentious and non-contentious matters. She holds a Bachelor of Law from Nottingham Trent University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from London College of Law.
Prior to joining AGCL, Natalie was Partner and Head of Employment at Austin Moore and Partners. She also continues in her ongoing role as People and Legal Counsel at Thrive, giving her valuable in-house insight into the practical HR and people challenges faced by modern businesses.
In her new role at AGCL, Natalie will establish and lead a dedicated employment team, supporting the firm’s existing corporate and commercial clients with comprehensive employment law and HR advice. She will also focus on onboarding new clients and developing a fully integrated employment offering that complements AGCL’s broader corporate services.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys travel, running and keeping active, as well as walking her dog. She previously completed the London Marathon, demonstrating the same determination and resilience she brings to her professional life.
