A substantial and well-established industrial unit in Derby has changed hands following a successful marketing campaign.

The c. 45,612sq.ft. industrial unit on Trafalgar Park, Derby, attracted considerable interest thanks to its substantial and flexible manufacturing and warehousing capacity. Acting on behalf of the vendor, Salloway Property Consultants secured a smooth transaction that will enable Michael Pepper Joinery Ltd to continue its expansion in the region.
