The Better B2B community, which launched this month and has been created to bring more humanity, collaboration and support into the fast-moving world of B2B marketing.
Gareth James, Founder of Better B2B and Growth Director at Hallam said,
“Many B2B marketers work in small teams or isolated roles, which can be challenging when faced with constant change from technology, AI, and shifting buyer expectations.

The aim of the community is to champion openness over gatekeeping, offering peer networking, thought leadership, and expert insights to help members build confidence and accelerate learning. It’s a collective effort to raise the bar for B2B marketing through honest conversation and mutual support.
Better B2B is free to join for inhouse marketers working in the B2B space: giving those in solo teams and niche markets the chance to feel seen, supported and inspired by the community and the opportunity to be a part of something “bigger”.

The team behind Better B2B
The Better B2B community was created by and will be driven forward via the team at Hallam agency, which was recognised as the Best B2B agency in the UK and Best Large Paid Media Agency globally. However, the community space is open to all inhouse individuals or businesses who wish to join, network and share knowledge with like minded B2B marketers.
The community has been launched, following Hallam agency’s transition, repositioning as a B2B digital agency, combining creativity with performance marketing to deliver impactful and measurable growth for B2B brands.
Discussing the repositioning, Jake Third, CEO at Hallam said,
