BOAL Extrusion UK Celebrates Award Win for Community Partnership as 35th Anniversary Campaign Continues

BOAL Extrusion UK, the Leicestershire-based aluminium extrusion manufacturer, is celebrating a landmark achievement after winning the Voluntary Action Leicestershire (VAL) Award for Charity and Business Partnership of the Year — recognising its outstanding collaboration with Falcon Support Services.
The award honours BOAL’s ongoing commitment to community engagement, employee volunteering, and charitable support across Leicestershire and beyond. The partnership with Falcon Support Services has seen the company provide hands-on help, donations, and initiatives designed to improve lives and opportunities for vulnerable people in the region.
“We’re incredibly proud to receive this award — it’s a real reflection of the culture we’ve built here at BOAL,” said Emma Swann, Managing Director at BOAL Extrusion UK. “Our partnership with Falcon Support Services has been genuinely inspiring. The award win adds to what has already been an exciting start to BOAL’s 35th Anniversary Campaign, celebrating “35 Years Together” with a focus on people, progress, and purpose.
“BOAL have been a fantastic Falcon Business Champion and have not only made a regular financial contribution, but also taken part in fundraising events, collections, volunteering and much more”, said Lee Hardy, Head of Fundraising and Communications at Falcon. “It’s a real example of how both charity and business can benefit when working together with shared values and common goals.
