Nottingham’s biggest charity night sees ticket sales soar ahead of July event

It's nearly curtains up: Nottingham Hot Property is set for centre stage this July

With less than two-weeks to go, the buzz is building for one of Nottingham’s most unmissable nights of the year. Nottingham Hot Property is about to return on Thursday 10 July, promising a night packed with city-wide energy, live music, all in support of an incredible cause.

Set once again at the city’s standout canalside destination, Binks Yard, this year’s edition is shaping up to be a parade of colours and high-impact, with standout setlist, top-tier street food, and the East Midlands’ property and construction sector turning out in full force.

Celebrated for the spirit of giving back, Nottingham Hot Property brings together professionals across the city’s property and construction sector – spotlighting local talent through show-stopping live performances, while raising vital funds for local children’s charities.

This year, all proceeds will support Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People, a charity that delivers vital care to babies, children, and young people with life-limiting conditions – and the families who love them. Every ticket sold helps fund life-changing therapies, including the hospice’s incredible music therapy programme.

Siobhan Goodacre, Nottingham Hot Property trustee, said:

“Over the past 20 years, Nottingham Hot Property has welcomed more than 20,000 attendees from the built environment sector, and helped raise nearly £419,000 for local children’s causes. At its core, it’s always been about using creativity and connection to give something back to our community.

“This year, we’re proud to support Rainbows, whose work is nothing short of extraordinary. We’re turning the volume up again – and not just musically. With a fantastic line-up, a vibrant new theme, and strong momentum already behind ticket sales, we’re looking forward to delivering another unforgettable evening, all in aid of a vital cause.”

Melanie Bodaly, partnerships development and events manager at Rainbows Hospice, added:

“We cannot believe that the countdown is officially on. We’re absolutely thrilled our mission at Rainbows will be heard through the performances and energy of the night. Hot Property offers a powerful platform to raise awareness of the care we provide, and the families we support every day.

“Music plays a powerful role in our work – particularly through our music therapy programme, which helps children express themselves, build connections and experience moments of joy in a safe, therapeutic environment. The funds raised will directly support this work, as well as our wider services, including symptom management, palliative and end-of-life care.”

The headline sponsors for this year’s event are Pulse Consult, Overbury, Gleeds and Blueprint Interiors. Additional sponsors include CPMG Architects, Morgan Sindall, Marrons Planning, HWA Consulting, AtkinsRéalis, and Pick Everard. This year's t-shirt sponsor is Castle Surveys.

The event’s PR, marketing, and design support partners are Cartwright and SANDBOX.
